Hamada

Hamada of Japan serves sushi and Japanese cuisine in both a traditional dining setting and hibachi-style. California rolls, tempura and chicken teriyaki are all on the menu. Meat and seafood dishes can be cooked to order, or you can choose from an extensive menu served in the main dining room. Casual dining choices include the traditional low-table Tatami Room or the authentic Teppan Room, where knife-wielding chefs artistically prepare steaks, shrimp, lobster and marinated chicken.
