After a full day of staring at boobs, taking selfies with your favorite porn star, and trying out new products, you can definitely work yourself up an appetite. And thats why I’m here – to make sure you refuel so you can get back out there for every day of the AVN Expo. The AVN Expo is being hosted Virgin Hotel here in Las Vegas and there are a lot of great places to eat. Let’s take a look at where you can go:
Nobu Las Vegas
We all know Nobu and if you don’t, you’re about to. Nobu is a globally renowned restaurant brand co-founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and others. It is known for its unique blend of traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences, resulting in a fusion-style menu.
Offering signature dishes like Black Cod with Miso, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, and Rock Shrimp Tempura. The restaurant emphasizes high-quality, fresh ingredients, paired with world-class service that ensures an elevated dining experience. It’s delicious, just be prepared to drop some good money here because it’s not easy on the bank account.
Kassi Beach House
Offering a coastal Italian dining experience with a chic, relaxed ambiance reminiscent of a Mediterranean getaway, you can expect to eat some Italian-inspired dishes like wood-fired pizzas, handmade pastas, and fresh seafood. The restaurant’s ambiance is pretty cool and has an airy, open design. This is a good spot if you somehow managed to get yourself a date for the AVN Expo and won’t break the bank too much.
Chef Xue
A relatively new restaurant inside Virgin Hotels, Chef Xue is a somewhat small menu of items of the chef’s favorite meals. I went a few months ago and while the food was good, it was a bit pricier than I expected it to be. $4 for a side of rice per person can add up! There aren’t many Asian food options inside Virgin other than Nobu but I think you’ll enjoy this one.
Pizza Forte
Every casino on the Strip has a pizza stop – and Pizza Forte is to Virgin Hotel as what Secret Pizza is to the Cosmopolitan. They have those square type pizzas that are not quite deep dish but close to it. The quality can be hit or miss – I’ve had some great slices and I’ve had some overly greasy slices so it can be hit or miss. But when you’re down $500 at the craps table and 6 beers deep, Pizza Forte will hit the mark every time.
